Joanna Lauren Martins is a culture expert, story architect, and founder of CULTURESPUN™. For more than 27 years, she has helped founders, executives, artists, physicians, and brands earn relevance in moments that matter—transforming expertise into influence and visibility into business growth. Her experience spans health and wellness, beauty, fashion, food and beverage, technology, pets, sports, hospitality, and the arts.
Her work has supported category-defining brands, national launches, retail expansion, and acquisitions, including serving as Agency of Record for Rocco & Roxie from 2017–2025, helping grow the company from an emerging Amazon-first pet brand into a nationally recognized retail leader prior to its acquisition by PetIQ, and directing communications for Tyra Banks' SMiZE & DREAM Hot Ice Cream U.S. launch during Winter 2026, securing six hospitality partnerships and leading a multi-location earned media and experiential campaign designed to drive awareness, consumer engagement, venue traffic, and revenue opportunities.
